5.7V, 6A, 16mΩ single-channel on-resistance load switch "TPS22975"

The TPS22975 product family consists of two devices: TPS22975 and TPS22975N. Both devices are single-channel load switches that can configure the rise time to minimize inrush current. This device features an N-channel MOSFET, operates within an input voltage range of 0.6V to 5.7V, and can support a maximum continuous current of 6A. The switch is controlled by an on/off input (ON) and can be directly connected to low-voltage control signals. This product can optionally include a 230Ω on-chip load resistor for quick output discharge when the switch is turned off. 【Features】 ■ Configurable rise time to minimize inrush current ■ Input voltage range: 0.6V to VBIAS ■ VBIAS range: 2.5V to 5.7V ■ Low quiescent current: 37μA (typical) at VIN=VBIAS=5V ■ ESD performance tested based on JESD 22 ■ Operating temperature range: -40 to +105℃ ■ Package with thermal pad in an 8-pin 2mm square SON *For more details, please contact us.

The "XC8110/XC8111 series" is a load switch that employs a fold-back method, allowing it to be used safely even during short circuits. It reproduces an ideal diode and is equipped with chip enable (CE), overcurrent limiting, and other features.
